蒲药灌肠液辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒲药灌肠液辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效,为临床应用提供依据。方法选取某院妇科门诊收治的慢性盆腔炎患者184例,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组92例。对照组给予妇科千金片口服治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用蒲药灌肠液保留灌肠。观察比较2组患者的临床症状和体征改善情况,评估治疗效果。结果治疗组患者子宫压痛、小腹部坠痛、腰骶部酸痛、带下量多、附件包块临床症状和体征改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者体征积分别较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的痊愈率和总有效率分别为41.30%和94.57%,明显高于对照组的22.83%和80.43%(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为3.26%,明显低于对照组的10.87%(P<0.05)。结论蒲药灌肠液辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,可明显提高治愈率,改善患者的临床症状,且有效降低复发率,值得临床进一步研究和推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Pu-yao enema liquid, provide the basis for clinical application. METHODS Choose 184 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of gynecological clinic in our hospital, according to the random number table method divide them into treatment and control groups（n=92）. The control group was treated with oral treatment of gynecologic Qianjin tablets; the treatment group was treated with Pu-yao enema liquid on the basis of the control one. Observed and compared the clinical symptom and improvement of signs of the two groups, assess of treatment effect. RESULTS Remedial groups of patients with uterine tenderness, lower abdomen falls the pain, lumbosacral pain, leucorrhea, adnexal block and other clinical symptoms and signs of improvement rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the two groups of patients with signs score significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were respectively 41.30% and 94.57%, significantly higher than the control group＇s 22.83% and 80.43%（P〈0.05）. Recurrence rate in treatment group was 3.26%, significantly lower than the control group of 10.87%（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The effect of Pu-yao enema liquid in the assist treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease significantly. It can obviously improve the cure rate, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and effectively reduce the recurrence rate. It was worthy of clinical research and application of the promotion.
