摘　　要：包山楚简中有一组占卜记录,是研究战国时代思想意识的新资料,十分珍贵。完整的占卜记录包括两部分:一为卜辞,有时间、事项、意愿、占卜结果。二为祝辞,有祝祈的神灵、祭品、祝祈目的。然后,卜人还要对祝辞再作一次占卜,并作出最终判定。简文中有些内容与《周易》有关,如贞卜"出入侍王",类似情况可参阅《周易》中的复卦、坤卦、《系辞》。祝祈神灵中有"二天子",应当是传说中上古时代的伏羲与神农。A set of records of practice divination on Baoshan bamboo slips of Chu state were newly found and value materials to research ideology of the Warring State period. The integral records of practice divination can be divided into two parts： one was divination including time, matter, wish and the divination result, the other was congratulation including the gods, sacrificial offering and purpose. At last, divination person made divination to congratulation once in order to make the final judgment. Some contents of bamboo slips of Chu state were related with Book of Changes, like Zhen divination serving king in and out. There were two king s recorded in congratulation, which should be Fu Xi and Shen Nong of ancient times.
