摘　　要：本文详细描述了中国铁道博物馆馆藏的两张满铁株券,从满铁机构的成立及股票发行的背景,对两张株券发行的年代和股票性质进行了细致考证,同时从股票收益分配的角度进行阐述,对满铁这个侵略机构的性质给予界定,突出了这两张株券的收藏价值和纪念意义。This article detailed deserihed two Railway Museum, and had textual criticism to the Zhu Quan of Manchuria age and nature of these RailwW collected by China two share certification, and expatiated on from the angle of income distribution of share certifications, defined the nature of Manchuria Railway as an invasion institution, highlighted the collection value and monumental meaning of these two share certifications.
