摘  要:为实现人工心脏泵磁悬浮轴承转子位移的精确检测,利用ANSOFT/Maxwell 2D有限元软件,仿真了径向永磁轴承内永磁环位移变化对其空间外某点处磁感应强度的影响特性,得出二者间的数学关系;提出了一种基于霍尔传感器的磁悬浮轴承转子径向2自由度位移检测的方案,通过解耦处理得到径向2自由度位移量求解公式;通过有限元仿真软件验证了该径向位移检测方法的正确性。研究表明:基于霍尔传感器的位移检测方法操作简单,且能准确的检测到径向2自由度位移量。To achieve the accurate detection for rotor displacement of magnetic beatings in artificial heart pump, the in- fluencing characteristics of displacement variation of inner permanent magnetic ring of radial permanent magnetic bear- ings on magnetic induction intensity at some point outside the space is simulated by using finite element software An- soft/Maxwell 2D, the mathematical relationship is obtained. The scheme for two degree of freedom radial displacement detection of rotor for magnetic bearings is put forward based on Hall sensor. The solution formula for radial two degree of freedom displacement is obtained by using decoupling treatment, and the validity of radial displacement detection method is verified by using finite element simulation software. The studies show that the displacement detection method based on Hall sensor is simple to operate and can accurately detect two degree of freedom radial displacement.
