摘  要:为了解当前流体机械空化检测的研究进展,对国内外的相关研究进行了总结和分类.分析表明,当前流体机械空化的检测方法可分为两类:第一类是基于传感器信号的空化检测方法;另一类是利用特定的设备对空化进行检测,如高速摄影方法、超声波检测方法和X光检测方法.本文着重对基于传感器信号的检测方法进行了介绍,压力脉动信号、振动信号、噪声信号和声发射信号在进行流体机械空化检测时被广泛利用,很多研究都基于这四种信号中的一种或几种,并取得了一定的效果,利用多种信号进行空化检测有助于提高空化检测的效果,将是空化检测未来的研究方向.In order to understand the research progress of the cavitation detection of fluid machinery,this paper summarizes and classifies the relevant Chinese and oversea studies.Analysis of the paper demonstrates that the methods of the cavitation detection of fluid machinery could be classified into two groups.The first group of methods for cavitation detection is based on the sensor signals.Another group of methods is to use specific devices to detect cavitation,such as,high-speed photography method,ultrasonic signal detection method and X-ray detection method.The detection methods based on sensor signal are mainly introduced in this paper including pressure fluctuation signal,vibration signal,noise signal and acoustic emission signal which are widely used in the cavitation detection of fluid machinery.Many studies have been carried out based on one or several of the four kinds of signals,and achieved some results.Using several kinds of signals to detect cavitation helps to improve the effect of the cavitation detection,and will be the future research direction of the cavitation detection.
