摘  要:【目的】研究地下滴灌条件下苜蓿适宜灌溉指标,为苜蓿高效节水灌溉提供科学依据。【方法】运用快速便携式测墒计测定土壤含水率,利用便携式叶绿素仪测定叶片SPAD值,使用比色卡确定叶片颜色。【结果】随土壤水分亏缺,植株含水量降低,叶片SPAD和叶片颜色指标呈上升趋势,植株干鲜重在灌溉20 d后停止增长;土壤含水率与植株含水量呈极显著正相关,上部、中部叶片SPAD值与植株含水量呈极显著负相关,叶片青色和黑色指标与植株含水量呈极显著负相关。【结论】随土壤水分亏缺,上部叶片SPAD值和青色呈先升高后下降趋势,且与植株干、鲜重,植株含水率相关系数最高,有望成为适宜苜蓿生产的灌溉指标。【Objective】The experiment was conducted on the subsurface drip irrigation of alfalfa field to study the irrigation index of alfalfa in order to provide some theoretical references for the application of subsurface drip irrigation in alfalfa cultivation. 【Method】The soil water content was measured by the portable fast measuring moisture meter,the SPAD value was measured by portable chlorophyll meter SPAD- 502,and the leaf color was measured by color card. 【Result】The results showed that the plant water content decreased and the color and the SPAD value of leaf increased with the increase of soil water content. The alfalfa stopped growth after irrigation 20 days. There was positive relationship between soil water content and plant water content,but negative relationship between plant water content and SPAD value of leaf that growth in the top and middle of alfalfa,and negative relationship between plant water content and leaf color index of green and black. 【Conclusion】With the soil water deficit,leaf SPAD values and green index of leaf color increased at first,and then decreased,which could be the irrigation index for alfalfa production.
