摘  要:以2,2’-双(三氟甲基)-4,4’-二氨基联苯(TFMB)和1,1’-双(4-氨基苯基)环己烷(BAPC)为二胺原料,将其与2种商品化的芳香二酐3,3’,4,4’-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)、3,3’,4,4’-二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)进行两步缩聚反应,合成4种聚酰亚胺。通过对这4种聚酰亚胺的溶解性、固化温度及其薄膜透明性进行比较分析,筛选出其中两种溶解性和薄膜透明性较好的聚酰亚胺,并对这两种聚酰亚胺薄膜的热稳定性和力学性能等进行了分析测试。结果表明:将脂环结构引入到含三氟甲基和柔性基团(醚键、羰基)的聚酰亚胺中,使聚酰亚胺的溶解性得到明显改善,在可溶于DMAc、NMP、DMF和CHCl_3的基础上,还可溶于DMSO和THF;薄膜透明性也得到进一步改善,同时具有较好的热稳定性和力学性能。Four kinds of polyimides were prepared using two diamines(2,2'-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzidine(TFMB) and 1,1'-bis(4-aminophenyl)cyclohexane(BAPC)) to react with two commercialized aromatic dianhydrides(4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA) and 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)) by two-step polycondensation,and their solubility,curing temperature,and transparency were analyzed. Two polyimides with good solubility and transparency were selected out,and the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the two polyimide films were analyzed. The results show that the solubility of the polyimides is improved obviously through introducing alicyclic structure to the polyimides molecule with trifluoromethyl and flexible group(ether linkage or carbonyl),and the polyimides can not only solve in DMAc,NMP,DMF,and CHCl3,but also solve in DMSO and THF. The transparency of the polyimide films is also improved,meanwhile,the polyimide films have excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties.
