摘 要:为改善油浸式变压器油纸绝缘系统的散热状况,对纳米改性变压器油的传热特性进行研究。通过制备不同浓度的Si O2纳米改性变压器油并对其热导率进行比较分析,结果表明随浓度增加,改性变压器油的热导率相应增大。利用COMSOL Multiphysics建立了油浸式变压器二维简化模型,分别在自然对流和强制对流条件下,利用有限元法(FEM)求解变压器内温度场与速度场的分布。考虑到纳米颗粒的分布及电泳动力对温度和速度分布的影响,对原模型进行了修正。仿真结果表明:自然对流下纳米改性变压器油较未改性变压器油的温升明显降低,强制对流下主要受入口速度影响,改善效果不明显。采用扰流板结构对变压器箱壁进行优化后,提高了自然对流下的散热效果。In order to improve the heat dissipation condition of the existing oil-paper insulation system for oil-immersed transformer,the heat transfer characteristic of nano-modified transformer oil was studied.Nano-modified transformer oils with different concentrations of silica were prepared,and their thermal conductivity was tested. The results show that with the increase of the concentration,the thermal conductivity increases accordingly. A two-dimensional simplified model of oil-immersed transformer was established using COMSOL Multiphysics. The distribution of temperature field and velocity field in transformer were solved using the finite element method under natural convection and forced convection,respectively. The simulation model was revised considering the effect of distribution of nanoparticles and electrophoresis power on the temperature and velocity distribution. The simulation results show that the temperature rise of nano-modified transformer oil decreases obviously compared to the unmodified transformer oil under natural convection,and the temperature rise is improved a little under forced convection because of the influence of inlet velocity. After the transformer tank wall is optimized by spoiler structure,the heat dissipation effect further increases under natural convection.
