摘  要:为了研究温度对电力电缆水树修复效果的影响,在不同温度下对水树老化交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆样本进行注入式修复,对样本的绝缘性能和微观结构进行对比分析。采用水针电极老化法获得水树老化电缆样本,分别在20℃、50℃和80℃下对老化样本进行注入修复,修复过程中定期对样本进行介质损耗因数测试。结果表明随着修复温度的升高,样本介质损耗下降速率加快,且高温下修复的样本介质损耗更早达到稳定值。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观测和能谱(EDS)分析可以看出,随着修复温度的升高,样本水树区生成的修复填充物分布更加密集。由此证明适当升高温度有利于修复液在XLPE层中的扩散反应,加速修复过程。In order to study the influence of temperature on the rejuvenation effect of water tree for power cables,the water tree aged XLPE cable samples were rejuvenated under different temperatures,and their insulating properties and micro-structures were compared. The water tree aged cable samples were obtained through water-needle electrode method,and the aged samples were rejuvenated at 20 ℃,50 ℃,and 80 ℃ respectively. The dielectric dissipation factor(tanδ) of the samples was tested regularly during the rejuvenation process. The results indicate that with the increase of temperature,the decrease rate of tanδ accelerates,and the tanδ of the samples rejuvenated at high temperature reaches stable value earlier. It is observed from SEM and EDS that with the increase of temperature,the rejuvenation fillers in the water tree area become more intensive,which demonstrates that increasing temperature properly is beneficial to the diffusion reaction of the rejuvenation fluid in XLPE and accelerate the rejuvenation process.
