摘  要:设计了一套可替换拼接式轮胎模具的夹具,通过变换支撑架的安装位置和调节螺钉来调整适用于不同尺寸的轮胎模具,运用全微分法分别讨论切向角度和径向尺寸对总切向误差的影响,分析轮胎模具的夹具定位误差对工件精度的影响。结果表明:切向角度变化引起的切向误差比径向尺寸变化造成的切向误差大很多,最大程度限制切向角度误差可有效提高轮胎模具的加工精度。A set of alternative and splicing fixture for tire mould was designed, and it was applied in different sizes of fire mould by converting the mounting position of support frame. The influence of tangential angle and radial dimension on total tangential error was discussed by using total differentiation method, and the influence of fLxture location error on the accuracy of workpiece was analyzed. The results showed that the changes of tangen- tial angle led to tangential error was much larger than that of tangential dimensional. It would improve the tire mould machining accuracy effectively ff the tangential angle error was maximum limited.
