中、高职模具专业职业能力与课程衔接研究

摘　　要：基于中、高职模具专业就业岗位主要分布在2个层次的3类岗位的分析,建立了中、高职模具专业毕业生职业岗位衔接模型,通过模具行业专家、模具企业专家、职业院校教师讨论确定了各个模具职业岗位的工作任务,构建了中、高职模具专业毕业生职业能力衔接模型,在此基础上建立了中、高职模具专业课程衔接模型。As the jobs for die ＆ mould specialty in secondary and higher vocational schools were mainly distributed in two levels of three kinds of jobs, a connection model of jobs for secondary and higher vocational school graduates was proposed. Die ＆ mould industry experts, enterprise experts and vocational school teachers addressed together the work tasks of die ＆ mould jobs, and a connection model of vocational abilities for secondary and higher vocational school graduates was presented. And on the basis, a connection mod- el of curriculums for die ＆ mould specialty in secondary and higher vocational school was proposed.
