摘　　要：基于高清三维胶辊印刷技术进行了柔光镜花釉面砖产品的制备研究。探讨了亚光印刷釉和面釉的配方组成及立体印刷胶辊的结构设计与雕刻方式等对制备的釉面砖产品的釉面效果和微观结构的影响。通过釉料配方组成和胶辊雕刻方式的优化,成功开发出装饰效果独特的高档柔光镜花釉面砖产品。Soft-light glazed tiles with high-gross patterns were fabricated based on the high-definition 3D roller printing technology. The effects of the matte printing glaze and overglaze formulas, the design of roller structure and its hole-carving mode on the surface appearances and microstructure of prepared glazed tiles were investigated. High grade soft-light glazed tile products decorated with high-gross patterns were successfully designed through the optimization of glaze composition and the hole-carving mode of roller. The obtained glazed tile products show unique decorative effect and would have good market prospect.
