摘 要:为了研制高硬度熔块釉,在R2O-RO-Al2O3-B2O3-Si O_2系熔块釉配料的基础上,以锆英石引入ZrO_2取代Si O_2,利用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、维氏硬度仪等测试手段,研究了ZrO_2含量的变化对R2O-RO-Al2O3-B2O3-Si O_2系熔块釉的烧成过程、物相组成、微观结构和釉面硬度的影响。结果表明:在烧成过程中,ZrO_2含量由0增加到5.39%的8个试样均首先在820~1000℃析出Ca2Zn Si2O7晶体;ZrO_2含量达到2.50%及以上的试样同时析出ZrSi O4晶体,随着温度的进一步升高,Ca2Zn Si2O7晶体逐步熔于液相。烧成温度1180℃时,ZrO_2含量低于2.50%的试样全部得到物相组成为玻璃相的釉,釉面硬度较低;ZrO_2含量3.60%时釉中析出长度范围在1~8μm的ZrSi O4晶体,釉面硬度可达6027 MPa。In order to prepare high hardness frit glaze, the zirconite was introduced to substitute Si O_2 in R_2O-ROAl_2O_3-B_2O3-Si O_2 system of fritted glaze. The influences of the ZrO_2 content on sintering process, phase composition, microstructure and glaze hardness of the R_2O-RO-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-Si O_2 fritted glaze were studied by TG, DSC, XRD, SEM and Vickers hardness tester. Results show that Ca2 Zn Si2O7 crystallization firstly occurs in temperature region between 820 ℃ and 1000 ℃ in samples when the ZrO_2 is added from 0 to 5.39%, respectively. Meanwhile, ZrSi O4 crystallization occurs in samples when more than 2.5% ZrO_2 is added, and Ca2 Zn Si_2O_7 crystallization gradually melt in liquid as temperature rising. When the sintering temperature reaches up to 1180 ℃, the glaze phase is consisted of glass phase in samples where less than 2.50% ZrO_2 is added, which leads to the glaze hardness is lower than the samples when addition of more ZrO_2. However, when 3.60% ZrO_2 is added, ZrSi O4 crystallization with length at about 1 ~ 8 μm occurs in glaze whose hardness is up to 6027 MPa.
