摘 要:高盐分对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化具有一定影响作用。文章采用批式试验,考察了不同Na+浓度下,厌氧消化产气量,甲烷含量,VFA,产甲烷菌数量等的变化,分析了不同Na+浓度对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程的影响,同时考察了连续式反应器(CSTR)中Na+浓度的变化趋势。试验结果表明,Na+浓度越高对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产气性能的抑制越严重。当Na+浓度为5 g·L-1时,累积产气量为对照累积产气量的51%;而当Na+含量为10 g·L-1时,累积产气量为对照组累积产气量的1%;随着Na+浓度的升高,VFA大量积累;通过荧光显微镜观察到,Na+浓度升高后,产甲烷菌数量有所下降。在餐厨垃圾厌氧消化连续运行过程中,随着负荷的升高和运行天数的延续,反应体系中Na+不断累积,Na+累积速率亦逐渐升高。The effect of Na+on the anaerobic digestion process of food waste was experimented by adding different concentration of Na+,and the biogas yield,methane content,VFA,the quantity of methanogens were analyzed. The concentration of Na+in continuous stirred tank reactor was monitored. The results show that the higher the concentration of Na+,the more serious inhibition of anaerobic digestion appeared. When the concentration of Na+was 5 g·L- 1,the gas production was 51% of the control,and it was only 1% of gas production of the control when the concentration of Na+was 10g·L- 1. Along with the increase of Na+concentration,the VFA in the system were accumulated,p H was reduced,and consequently the quantity of methanogens decreased. And along with the increase of organic loading and running time,more and more Na+accumulated and the accumulating speed were also gradually became more and more quick. and the rate of Na+accumulation was increased at the same time.
