中小学生心理健康发育评价量表初步编制及信效度评价

摘　　要：目的初步编制中小学生心理健康发育评价量表,评价其信效度。方法问卷中认知发育维度的评价直接利用华文认知能力量表,其余指标的条目均根据理论构思和文献研究自行编写。于2012—2014年12月通过多阶随机抽样,抽取湖北省3个地区共7 500名中小学生进行问卷调查,运用项目分析、探索性因素分析筛选条目,通过主成分分析和信效度检验方法验证该问卷理论结构的合理性。结果确定从认知发育、人格发育、情绪发育、意志发育、自我意识发育5个角度评价中小学生心理健康发育情况。根据条目筛选及因子分析,小学量表由5个维度67个条目组成;中学量表由5个维度65个条目组成。小学全量表的Cronbach’sα系数与分半系数分别为0.905、0.850,各分量表的Cronbach’sα系数、分半信度分别为0.720~0.757、0.650~0.770;中学全量表的Cronbach’sα系数与分半系数分别为0.919、0.812,各分量表的Cronbach’sα系数、分半信度分别为0.752~0.837、0.632~0.752,2个量表均有较好的信度;小学量表因子载荷在0.475~0.792之间,中学量表因子载荷在0.515~0.763之间,量表各分量表与总量表的相关在0.699~0.903之间,分量表的相关在0.356~0.670之间,两量表均有一定的效度。结论初步完成的中小学心理发育特征评价量表具有较好的信效度,达到了编制的要求。Objective To compile a mental health development scale for primary and secondary school students（ PSMHS） and to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Methods Chinese Cognitive Ability Scale（ CCAS）was used to evaluate the cognitive development domains in the compiled scale and the items pool was set according to theoretical conceptions and literature researches. Totally 7 500 pupils and secondary school students in Hubei province were administered with the compiled scale to validate the rationality of the scale through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and principal component analysis. Results The students＇ mental development was assessed via measurements of 5 domains including cognition,personality,emotion,will,and self-consciousness development. The ultimately compiled primary school students＇ mental health development scale（ PM HC） was composed of 67 items and the secondary school students＇ mental health development scale（ SM HC） was consisted of 65 items. The Cronbach＇s α coefficient and the split-half reliability of the PM HC were 0. 905 and 0. 850; the Cronbach＇s α coefficient and the split-half reliability of the subscales between each dimensions ranged between 0. 720- 0. 757 and 0. 650- 0. 770. The Cronbach＇s α coefficient and the split-half reliability of the SM HC were 0. 919 and 0. 812; the Cronbach＇s α coefficient and the split-half reliability between each dimensions ranged between 0. 752- 0. 837 and 0. 632- 0. 752. The results suggested good reliability of the two scales complied. The range of factor loading for PM HC was 0. 475- 0. 792 and that for SM HC was 0. 515- 0. 763;the correlation coefficients between the scores of overall scale and domain scales ranged from 0. 699 to 0. 903 and the correlation coefficients between the scores of every domain scale ranged from 0. 356 to 0. 670 for SM HC and PM HC,suggesting the compiled PSM HS had good validity. Conclusion The PSM HS with good reliability and validity was primarily compiled.
