摘　　要：目的观察鱼金葶颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)模型大鼠肺组织匀浆中细胞白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响及病理组织分析。方法将Wistar大鼠72只,随机分为空白组、模型组和鱼金葶颗粒低、中、高剂量组及地塞米松对照组。采用烟雾吸入加脂多糖灌肺复合因素建立AECOPD大鼠模型。应用鱼金葶颗粒干预。采用ELISA法测定肺组织匀浆IL-8、TNF-α的含量。结果鱼金葶高剂量、中剂量组与模型组比较肺组织匀浆IL-8、TNF-α水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鱼金葶颗粒对AECOPD模型大鼠肺组织匀浆中IL-8、TNF-α有明显的干预作用,能够有效降低IL-8、TNF-α的水平。Objective：To observe the effects and pathological analysis of Yujinting granule on IL-8 and TNF-αof lung tissue in AECOPD rat model.Methods：72 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,Yujinting granule low,mid and high dose groups and dexamethasone group.The smoke inhalation and lipopolysaccharide lung perfusion of complex factors were used in the establishment of rat model of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Yujinting granule intervention was applied.ELISA was used to determine IL-8 in lung tissue homogenate and TNF-α content.Results：In the comparison among Yujinting granule high dose,middle dose group and the model group in IL-8 in lung tissue homogenate and TNF-α,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yujinting granule has a significant intervention effect on IL-8 and TNF-αof lung tissue homogenate in AECOPD rat models.
