摘　　要：急性腰椎间盘突出症一直是中医正骨手法治疗中的难点。笔者通过分析急性腰椎间盘突出症发病过程中筋与骨力学平衡的中西医理论,提拉旋转斜扳法的操作技巧及生物力学效应,从筋骨力学失衡角度分析提拉旋转斜扳治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的治疗思路及相关临床思考。Acute protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc has always been a difficult problem in TCM Massage Therapy.This paper analyzes the treatment ideas of Lifting-pulling-rotating and Oblique-pulling Manipulation in treating Lumbar Interverbral Disc Herniation based on equilibrium of bone biomechanic During the course of the disease,Operating technique,Biomechanical effect.
