摘　　要：多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)是常由重症感染引起,进而以炎性介质释放为始动因素,导致多脏器受损的临床综合征,对于MODS的治疗,目前西医方面仍以支持治疗为主,缺乏有效手段。而《伤寒论》中少阳病与其在病因、易得人群、病理机制、临床症状、治疗原则等多方面相似。因此将《伤寒论》中的少阳病与多脏器功能不全进行对比,进而将少阳病的治法引入到MODS的治疗中,可以为MODS的治疗引入新的思路。Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）is often caused by a severe infection,and then to the release of inflammatory mediators is the initial factor,leading to multiple organ damage clinical syndrome.In the treatment of MODS,current Western medicine is still supportive care,in lack of effective cut-off means.However,in Shang Han Lun,Shaoyang disease and MODS have many similarities in its etiology,susceptible persons,the pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,treatment principles,and so on.Thus,Shaoyang disease in Shang Han Lun is compared with MODS,and then Shaoyang disease therapies can be introduced into the treatment of MODS,so as to come up with new ideas to the treatment of MODS.
