射频等离子体针刀联合臭氧治疗腰椎术后综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察射频等离子体针刀联合臭氧治疗腰椎术后综合征临床疗效。方法对符合腰椎术后综合征纳入标准的患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用射频等离子体针刀联合臭氧治疗,对照组采用神经阻滞治疗。统计计算两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI),并进行对比分析。结果治疗后治疗组较对照组VAS评分显著下降,ODI评分显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗后6、12个月治疗组患者总有效率分别为96.78%、93.55%明显高于对照组的78.57%、60.71%(P<0.05)。结论射频等离子体针刀联合臭氧治疗腰椎术后综合征临床疗效满意。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of the Radiofrequency Plasma acupotomology combined with Ozone treatment for Lumbar Failed Back Surgery Syndrome.Methods：Cases accord with the Lumbar Failed Back Surgery Syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group were treated with plasma acupotomology combined with Ozone treatment and control group with nerve block treatment.Two groups of the total efficiency,pain visual VAS score and Oswestry Disability Index questionnaire（ODI）and SF-36 were obsreved.Results：the VAS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the scores of SF-36 and ODI were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the control group after the treatment in 6 and 12 months were 96.78%,93.55%,which were higher than those of the control group（78.57%,60.71%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Radiofrequency Plasma acupotomology combined with Ozone treatment for Lumbar Failed Back Surgery Syndrome clinical curative effect is satisfied.
