鹿瓜多肽注射液对脊柱椎体骨折康复过程中骨密度及血管内皮生长因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察鹿瓜多肽注射液对脊柱椎体骨折愈合过程中骨折椎体骨密度及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法将204例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组,每组102例,对照组电针夹脊穴,配合血海、足三里、阳陵泉三穴电针刺激20 min,治疗组在此基础上穴位注射鹿瓜多肽注射液。采用图像分析法测定患者治疗前后骨折椎体骨密度,采用免疫组化染色测定患者血清VEGF、VEGF m RNA阳性表达,比较总有效率,评价穴位注射鹿瓜多肽注射液对脊柱椎体骨折临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,图像分析显示治疗组患者骨密度明显提高,血清VEGF及VEGF m RNA阳性表达均明显增强,总有效率90.19%明显高于对照组的73.52%(均P<0.05)。结论鹿瓜多肽注射液对增加骨钙沉积、促进骨折椎体骨痂形成及椎体骨折愈合过程中VEGF的合成分泌,促使骨折椎体局部组织血管内皮新生,增加局部骨折组织血液供应,调节椎间盘组织细胞代谢并维持平衡等具有明显的作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Deer melon polypeptide Injection on bone mineral density and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor during rehabilitation of vertebral fracture.Methods：204 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,each group of 102 cases.Control group were treated with electric acupuncture.Treatment group were treated with point injection of Deer melon polypeptide Injection on the basis of control group.The bone density of patients with bone density was measured by image analysis method.The expression of VEGFm RNA and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the total effective rate was compared.Results：The bone mineral density in treatment group was significantly were higher than that in the treatment group.Compared with control group,the positive expression of serum VEGF and VEGFm RNA were significantly enhanced.And the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.19%,which was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Deer melon polypeptide Injection has a a good effect on Increasing bone calcium precipitation,promoting the formation of bone callus,promoting VEGF secretion during rehabilitation of vertebral fracture,increasing the blood supply of local bone tissue,adjusting the cell metabolism and maintain balance.
