摘　　要：根据投入产出表,采用社会网络分析法,构建产业结构网络模型,分析产业结构网络和产业部门中心性的变化。结果表明:产业部门间的联系随着产业结构网络密度的增大而愈加紧密,但是各产业部门的地位依旧不平衡,第二产业部门在网络中的地位、影响力和资源控制能力明显高于第三产业部门。经济过度依赖中心产业部门容易聚集结构性风险。产业结构不尽合理,技术密集型产业和生产型服务业比重偏低,产业集聚和集群发展水平不高。政府应该出台政策,引导更多的企业回归实业:引导更多创业资源流向先进制造业,大力发展装备制造业;积极帮助有较高水平的传统企业实现互联网化、品质电商化;优化调整制造业布局,同步实现空间布局调整和产业转移输出;加大对技术创新研究的扶持力度,建立企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系。Based on the input-output tables,the social network analysis is applied to establish a network model of the industrial structure and analyze the changes of industrial structure network and centrality of industrial sector. The results show that closer correlations are observed between the industrial sectors with an increase of the industrial structure network density. In addition,huge imbalances of status still exist between different industrial sectors. Compared with the tertiary sector,the secondary sector is significantly higher in status,influence and the ability of resource control. Central industry sector which has excessive economic dependence is easy to gather structural risks. Irrational industrial structure,low proportion of technology-intensive industries and production services,low level of industrial agglomeration and cluster development make government introduce new policies to guide more enterprises to return to industry and direct more innovative resources to flow to the advanced manufacturing venture to develop equipment manufacturing industry; and actively help traditional enterprises achieve higher levels of Internet-based E-commence of quality; and optimize the adjustment of the manufacturing industry layout.
