摘　　要：采用MATLAB的图形用户界面(GUI)编程技术设计开发PC机上数控机床在线测量程序,分别对试件的平面度、圆度、圆柱度、同轴度、平行度、对称度、位置度等进行在线测量,并与三坐标测量系统的测试数据进行对比,结果证明该套在线测量程序符合要求。Some measurement tests in MIKRON HSM600 U is carried out,and online measurement program of NC manchine tools by using MATLAB GUI technology is designed. Then we used online measurement and coordinate-measuring machine,measured the errors of flatness,roundness,cylindricity,concentricity,parallelism,symmetry,location and so on.The results show that the program meet the measurement requirement.
