摘 要:通过高温拉伸仪表征钢带在炉内各段力学性能,利用扫描电镜观察缺陷表面形貌,从而分析普冷板炉内高温变形对表面质量的影响。结果表明,在退火炉内普冷板板温达到780℃时,钢带屈服强度仅为16 MPa,易发生高温变形。普冷板在炉内高温变形,造成钢带表面发白和麻点缺陷。钢带部分区域在炉内受到横向应力作用,造成该区域不同步、不均匀变形,使得该区域粗糙度高,粗糙度较高的表面对光产生更严重的漫反射,导致钢带表面发白的缺陷;钢带表面受炉辊结瘤反作用力,发生高温变形产生麻点,钢带越厚、炉内张力越大,该反作用力越大,钢带表面麻点越严重。确保退火炉内温度均匀可防止钢带在炉内发生局部变形而产生发白,降低钢带炉内张力可减轻麻点缺陷。Effect of high temperature deformation on surface quality of as-annealed strip in CAL was researched by using SEM to analyze surface morphology,high temperature tensile tester to characterize mechanical property of cold-rolled steel sheets in CAL( continuous annealing line). It is concluded that steel strip is vulnerable to deformation because of its 16 MPa yield strength at 780 ℃ in CAL. White surface and pit defects are generated due to the high temperature deformation in CAL. White surface defect is the result of visual effect due to coarse surface which is developed in the process of non-uniform in high temperature deformation across the strip surface. Pit defect is caused by nodulation on surface of the furnace roll against the strip surface at high temperature. Maintaining uniform temperature in CAL is critical to prevent white surface defect,and decreasing strip tension is beneficial to minimize pit defect.
