摘  要:以3-氨基酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,合成一种新型香豆素荧光单体N-(4-甲基-1,2-苯并吡喃酮-7-基)丙烯酰胺(FM)。采用自由基溶液共聚合法,将FM、丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚得到新型荧光示踪型共聚物FM-AA-AMPS。通过红外光谱和热重分析对共聚物进行了分析和表征。FM-AA-AMPS的荧光性质和阻垢性能研究结果表明,其荧光强度与质量浓度呈良好线性关系,线性相关系数为0.98783,检测下限为1.0×10-2mg/L;采用静态法,当用药剂量为20 mg/L时,对碳酸钙阻垢率可达86.9%,且具有优良的分散氧化铁性能;扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析表明,共聚物能很好地抑制碳酸钙垢的生长,所形成的是方解石、球霰石和文石的混合物。A novel coumarin fluorescent monomer,N-( 4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yl) acyla- mide( FM),was synthesized with 3-aminophenol and ethyl acetoacetate. 2-Acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid / acrylic acid copolymer containing coumarin group( FM-AA-AMPS) was prepared by radical solution copolymerization of FM,acrylic acid( AA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid(AMPS). Its structure was characterized by FT-IR and TG-DTA.The fluorescence property and scale inhibition of FM-AA-AMPS were investigated. The results show that the relationship of fluorescent intensity and concentration is linear with the correlation coefficient( R) of 0. 93691,and the lower detection limit is 1. 0 × 10- 2mg / L. By the static method,the scale inhibition ratio of Ca CO3 is 86. 9% when the copolymer concentration is 20 mg / L. The capacity of dispersing iron oxide is pretty good. SEM and XRD indicate that the normal growth of Ca CO3 scale is blocked. The produced Ca CO3 precipitate is mixture of calcite,vaterite and aragonite.
