摘  要:为进一步改善水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯涂层的防腐性能,采用原位聚合法制备了系列水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯/氧化石墨烯(WPUA/GO)复合乳液。利用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、红外光谱表征了自制GO的结构与形貌;运用透射电镜、扫描电子显微镜分析了复合乳液的微观形貌;并通过耐盐雾试验及电化学工作站测试了涂层的防腐性能。结果表明,通过改进的Hummers法制备出氧化程度高、分散性较好的GO;WPUA/GO乳液粒径随着GO含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当GO的质量分数为0.5%时,涂层的热稳定性提高了140℃,耐盐雾时间比纯WPUA延长了10 d,腐蚀电流密度减小了1个数量级。To improve the corrosion resistance of waterborne polyurethane-acrylate coating,a series of water-polyurethane-acrylate / graphene oxide( WPUA / GO) hybrid emulsions were prepared through in-situ polymerization. X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,and infrared spectroscopy were utilized to characterize the structure and morphology of graphene oxide. The microstructure of WPUA / GO hybrid emulsion was observed by transmission electron microscopy,and scanning electron microscopy. The anti-corrosion properties of the WPUA / GO were determined by salt spray machine and electrochemical workstation. The results show that: graphene oxide with higher degree of oxidation and better dispersity was obtained through modified Hummers method. The particle size of WPUA / GO emulsion firstly increases and then decreases with increasing GO content. When the GO content is 0. 5%,the thermal stability of the films increases by 140 ℃,the salt fog spray process time is increased by 10 d compared with that of pure WPUA,and the corrosion current density is reduced by an order of magnitude.
