摘  要:汽轮机转子体积小且动叶级数较多,常规检测存在盲区。介绍了多种磁化检测方法,并应用线圈法磁粉检测技术对在役汽轮机转子进行检测。经过理论研究和试验验证可知,线圈磁化法能够满足高中压转子叶轮及叶轮间狭小部位表面缺陷的检测。该方法解决了由于转子叶轮及叶轮间部位狭小故而无法进行表面缺陷检测的难题。Conventional technologies have blind area in steam turbine rotor detection because it has small volume and lots of moving blade edges. This paper introduces several magnetic detection methods and the magnetic method by coil is used to detect the steam turbine rotor which is being in service. The theoretical study and experimental verification show that the coil magnetic detection technology can detect the near-surface defects in turbine rotor blades and the edges of turbine rotor blades. The problem of the blades area is too small to detect can be solved by this method.
