摘  要:运用有限元数值分析方法及双椭球体热源模型,通过制定不同的工艺方案,建立筒体与法兰环焊缝焊接模型,并对不同工艺方案条件下的应力场和变形场进行数值分析。结果表明:采用多道对称焊接,增加焊缝分段数,避免在刚性薄弱的缺口处起焊,都可以减少法兰的轴向翘曲变形和径向变形,降低焊后残余应力,但残余应力和法兰面径向变形的减小量并不明显。In this paper through the using of finite element method and double-ellipsoidal heat source model, different process scheme was made, then we set up the girth weld welding model and did the numerical simulation of the stress field and deformation field under different process conditions. The results indicate that adopt multi-channel symmetry welding or increase of weld section number or avoid welding in the rigid weak gaps, all could reduce the axial direction warping deformation and the radial deformation of the flange, that also could reduce the residual stress after welding, but the residual stress and the decrease of flange's radial deformation was not obvious.
