摘  要:为了研究液压缸工作时的静态特性,以1800HP泥浆泵液压缸为例,运用UG、Hyper Mesh和ABAQUS建立了泥浆泵液压缸的三维仿真有限元模型,并对其工作过程进行了静态仿真模拟。由仿真分析结果可知:液压缸在工作过程中,液压缸缸体中段部分受到的应力最大,出现较大变形。为了验证仿真分析结果的有效性,运用了TST3822静态应变分析系统进行了试验验证,两者结论基本吻合,验证了仿真分析结果的有效性。同时基于试验结论提出了液压缸的结构改进。该项研究不仅对优化液压缸的工作性能具有重要的参考价值,而且为液压缸的静态建模,仿真和试验提供了新思路。In order to study the static characteristics of hydraulic cylinder as it's working take hydraulic cylinder of 1800HP mud pump for example,using the UG,HyperMesh and ABAQUS establish the three-dimension finite element model ,and simulating the static operation process. By the simulation results: during the operation of hydraulic cylinder, the part of cavity has a larger deformation. Then in order to verify the validity of the simulation analysis results, using the TST3822 static strain analysis system to complete a test and the result are basically consistent, which confirm the validity of the simulation analysis results. Simultaneously reasonable suggestions have proposed. The research not only has important reference value for the optimization of hydraulic cylinder's working performance, but also provides a new idea for the static modeling, simulation and test of the hydraulic cylinder..
