摘  要:对局部通风机的结构和噪声来源进行了分析,并在煤矿综掘工作面进行了噪声谱测量实验,发现其噪声超标.优选微穿孔板作为吸声材料,设计了吸收频率为500~4 000 Hz,吸声系数不小于0.4的微孔板吸声结构,将其加入局部通风机,再次进行了噪声谱测量实验.实验结果表明,所有频段的噪声均有不同程度地降低,中高频噪声得到了有效地控制,符合《煤矿安全规程》规定的噪声标准,证明了微孔板吸声结构的降噪效果和实际可应用性.The structure and sources of noise of local ventilator were analyzed. Noise spectrum measurement experiment was taken in coal mine face. It is found that it has excessive noise. Micro perforated panel was preferably used as sound-absorbing material for noise deduction. It was designed to absorb the frequency of 500-4 000 Hz and the absorption coefficient was no less than 0.4. Noise spectrum measurement experiment was taken again with micro perforated panel absorber. The results showed that all frequency bands of noise were reduced in different level and the high-frequency noise has been effectively controlled. It was complied with noise standards of coal mine safety regulations. The effect of noise deduction and practical applicability was proved by micro perforated panel absorber.
