摘  要:刮板输送机工作环境恶劣,链轮轴组的浮动油封经常失效,造成润滑油浪费,甚至造成链轮轴组内轴承损坏。针对密封失效,从浮动油封自身特性、工作环境的影响等方面进行了分析。结果表明:工作环境的黏性矿物侵入是造成浮动油封漏油及损坏的直接原因,并据此提出相应的改进措施。Armored face conveyor works in hard environment.The floating oil seal installed in sprocket assembly is always failed, which may cause the lubricating oil waste, and even cause the damage of the bearing inside sprocket assembly.Various factors caused seal failure were analyzed from the peculiarity of floating oil seal and the effects of working environments. The results showed that the clay?minerals were the direct cause of oil leakage and damage. It has a certain reference role to improve the seal reliability in sprocket assembly.
