摘　　要：开发了一套基于地理信息系统的调度平台,主要包括信息化矿灯、无线基站、隔爆电源、服务器、PC机等。信息化矿灯包括液晶模块、按键、MIC、喇叭、照相机等,可实现文本显示、语音采集、语音播报、图像采集等。整个系统结合了RFID模块的快速定位和WIFI模块的通讯,实现了人员定位及其活动轨迹在电子地图上的显示、下井考勤、即时语音调度、短信调度、照相及传输功能。经过工业性试验得出:系统在人员定位、考勤、文字和语音通信调度等方面能够满足功能需求且运行稳定可靠。A geographic information system-based management platform is developed, which include information technology miner,wireless base stations, explosion-proof DC power,servers,PC machines. Miner technology information includes LCD module ,button, MIC ,speakers ,cameras which can achieve text display,voice capture,voice broadcast,image acquisition. With the combination of RFID module and WIFI module, the display of the workers＇ orientation and active trace on the electronic map, attendance, instant voice dispatch,SMS dispatch,and photography and transmission functions are all achieved. All of the functions described above are tested by the industrial test.
