摘  要:采用离子色谱对某长焰煤浸出液进行了成分分析,用电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线研究了煤浸出液中离子含量和温度对Q235钢腐蚀的影响,用失重试验研究了Q235钢在不同转速和不同溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:煤浸出液中主要的阳离子为Na^+和Ca^(2+),主要的阴离子为SO_4^(2-)和Cl^-;煤浸出液中离子含量增加和温度升高都会使Q235钢的耐蚀性降低;转速增大,Q235钢在煤浸出液中的腐蚀速率增大,当转速为60r/min时,Q235钢的腐蚀速率达到0.304 7mm/a,约为静态时的2.3倍;Cl-和SO_4^(2-)含量的增加都会促进Q235钢的腐蚀,SO_4^(2-)和Cl^-同时存在对Q235钢的侵蚀作用增强。The composition of a long-flame coal leaching solution was analyzed by ion chromatography.The effects of ion concentration and temperature on the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel in coal leaching solution were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curves.The corrosion behaviors of Q235 steel in different stirring rates and various solutions were analyzed through weight loss experiments.Results show that the main cations are Na+and Ca2+and the main anions are SO42-and Cl-in the coal leaching solution.The increase of ion concentration and temperature can reduce the corrosion resistance of Q235 steel in coal leaching solution.The corrosion rate of Q235 steel was accelerated with increasing stirring rate.When the stirring rate was 60r/min,the corrosion rate reached 0.304 7 mm/a that was about 2.3 times higher than that in static state.Increasing concentration of Cl-or SO42-,or both existence of SO42-and Cl-in solution could promote corrosion of Q235 steel.
