摘 要:以钨酸钠为钨源、草酸和硫酸钾混合物为辅助剂,采用水热合成法在不同p H值条件下制备WO_3纳米材料,对反应产物的相组成和微观结构进行表征并考察其气敏性能。结果表明:产物形貌由p H=0.8时的无规则过渡到p H=1.0时的微米球,直至p H=1.6时的板状结构;在p H=1.0条件下获得具有最大比表面积的WO_3微米球,且形貌均匀一致;p H为1.0时合成的WO_3纳米材料对NO_2具有优良的气敏性能,在工作温度100℃时可获得最大气体灵敏度。对p H值为1.0时制备的WO_3纳米材料在工作温度100℃时进行不同浓度NO_2的响应—恢复特性曲线分析表明,气体灵敏度随着WO_3纳米材料比表面积和NO_2浓度的升高而增加。从材料微观结构设计角度出发来研制新型矿业安全用气体传感器是一种有效的方法。WO_3nanomaterials were synthesized by hydrothermal method at different p H values,where the sodium tungstate was used as tungsten source and the mixture of potassium sulfate and oxalic acid was used as the complexing agents. The phase composition and microstructure were characterized. The results showed that the optimal WO_3 products had a single hexagonal crystal and were assembled by WO_3 nanorods. The morphology of the products changed from irregularity at p H value of0. 8,to microspheres at p H value of 1. 0,finally to plate-like structure at p H value of 1. 6. WO_3 microspheres showed the maximal effective surface area and uniform structure at p H value of 1. 0. The synthesized WO_3 nanomaterials showed excellent gas sensing properties to NO_2. The highest response was obtained at an operating temperature of 100 ℃. WO_3 nanorods prepared with p H value of 1. 0 at an operation temperature of 100 ℃ for different concentrations of NO_2response-recovery characteristic curve analysis showed that,the response increased with the increase of the effective surface area of WO_3 nanomaterials and NO_2 concentration. The results demonstrate that it is an effective method to develop new-type mine gas sensors by microstructure design of the nanomaterials.
