摘　　要：LNG槽车外输成为LNG接收站重要的运输环节,针对LNG槽车外输最关键的装备装车橇在测试验收及试运行中存在的问题,以山东LNG槽车装车橇为例,根据LNG槽车装车橇的结构特点、安装模式和应用现状,对装车橇出厂前管道的压力试验、气密性测试、低温试验和控制仪表测试应注意的问题进行了分析,并对装车橇试运行过程中可能出现的泄漏、超压、通讯故障等提出了解决方法,为今后LNG槽车装车橇的系统选型和出厂验收提供参考,同时也为完善装车橇试运行方案及安全运行提供可借鉴的思路。The outer transportation LNG tanker has become an important part of transportation at LNG terminal. There are some problems existing in the acceptance test and commissioning of skid-mounted LNG tanker loading facility. Taking the skid-mounted LNG tanker loading facility in Shandong Province as an example, according to its structural features, installation mode and application status, this paper analyzes the issues that should be concerned in pressure test, air tight test, low temperature test, and control instrument test of pipeline before the skid-mounted loading facility leaves the factory. In addition, solutions are given to the possible problems in commissioning, including leakage, overpressure and communication fault, which can provide reference for the system selection and factory acceptance of skid-mounted loading facility in the future and also provide idea to complete the commissioning scheme and safety operation of skid-mounted LNG tanker loading facility.
