摘 要:针对聚丙烯纤维低弹模混凝土工作性及物理力学性能与普通低弹模混凝土的不同,通过室内试验分析了聚丙烯低弹模混凝土的工作性、强度特性,并开发了一套混凝土耐久性渗透水采集仪,对聚丙烯低弹模混凝土的渗透性和耐久性进行了研究。结果表明,与传统低弹模混凝土相比,聚丙烯低弹模混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量变化不大,抗拉强度有所提高,抗渗性能明显改善,渗透系数降低了一个数量级左右,耐久性年限进一步提高。By adding polypropylene fiber into traditional low elastic modulus concrete,the performance characteristics and physical mechanical properties of low elastic modulus polypropylene fiber concrete are significantly different from the former one.In this paper,the performance and strength characteristics of low elastic modulus polypropylene fiber concrete are experimentally studied,and the permeability and durability characteristics are studied by developing a new set of concrete durability seepage water collection instrument.Compared to the traditional low elastic modulus concrete,the results show that the low elastic modulus polypropylene fiber concrete has little change in compressive strength and elastic modulus;however,the tensile strength is increased,and the impermeability is significantly improved by decreasing one order of magnitude in permeability coefficient;the durability is also further increased.
