摘　　要：1病例资料患者,男,64岁。因＂发作性胸闷、心悸1个月,再发加重半小时＂入院。患者近1个月反复出现胸闷、心悸,持续约数分钟,自行服用速效救心丸后缓解,半小时前夜间睡眠时突发胸闷、心悸,伴大汗、恶心、头晕,自测脉搏32次/min,多次服用速效救心丸后可略缓解,共持续半个小时,急诊科行心肌标志物、心电图检查无异常。有高血压病病史,未规律口服降压药物。One case of Kounis syndrome was retrospectively analyzed,and the literatures related to this disease were searched to summarize and analyze the clinical manifestation diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Kounis syndrome is acute coronary syndrome associated with anaphylaxis,it is caused by inflammatory mediators（histamine etc.）released through master cell-degranulation,which lead to coronary artery spasm,plaque disruption and thrombus formation.The treatment of Kounis syndrome should include two parts,which are anaphylaxis and ACS.
