摘 要:目的 GC-MS法分析藏药坐珠达西(肉豆蔻、木香、藏红花等)中的化学成分。方法甲醇超声提取该药物后,GC-MS法分析其中成分,面积归一化法计算其相对含有量,对结果进行直观分析、主成分分析、聚类分析。结果9批坐珠达西样品可分为4类,有19种成分,含有量差异明显。其中,油酸、肉豆蔻酸、榄香素、大匙叶桉油烯醇、巴西菊内酯、桉叶油二烯-5,11(13)-8,12-内酯、去氢风毛菊内酯为特征性成分。结论 4个厂家坐珠达西样品间差异较大,故应进一步完善该药物及其原药材的质量标准。AIM To analyze the chemical constituents in Tibetan medicine Zuozhudaxi( Myristica fragrans,Aucklandia lappa,Crocus sativus,etc.) by GC-MS. METHODS After this drug was ultrasonic extracted with methanol,the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS,whose relative contents were calculated by area normalization method. Then the results were analyzed by intuitive analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis. RESULTS Nine batches of Zuozhudaxi samples could be divided into four gruops. There were nineteen constituents having obvious content difference in this drug. Among them,oleic acid,myristic acid,elemicin,entspathulenol,eremanthin,eudesma-5,11( 13)-dien-8,12-olide and dehydrosaussurea lactone were characteristic constituents. CONCLUSION There is a big difference among Zuozhudaxi samples from four manufacturers,so the quality standards for this drug and its raw medicinal materials should be further improved.
