摘 要:试验研究了不同铜层体积比的铜包铝母线的稳态载流量。研究结果表明,当铜层体积比由零增大至20%左右时,铜包铝母线的稳态载流量显著增大;铜层体积比继续增大时,铜包铝母线的稳态载流量缓慢增大。铜包铝母线的稳态载流量随母线宽度和厚度的增加而增大,其变化为线性的。宽厚比大的铜包铝母线因其具有较大的散热表面而表现出更大的载流能力。Experiment was carried out to study the current carrying capacity of different volume ratio of copper layer of copper-clad-aluminum bus bars.Research results show that when the volume ratio of copper layer increases from zero to about 20%,the current carrying capacity of bus-bars increases significantly.When the volume ratio of copper layer continues to increase,the current carrying capacity of bus-bars increases slowly.The current carrying capacity of copper-clad-aluminum bus bars increased with the increase of width and thickness,the change is linear.Because of larger radiating surface,current carrying capacity of bus-bar with larger flakiness ratio is greater than smaller flakiness ratio ones.
