摘　　要：主要针对纸绝缘单面自粘缩醛漆包半硬组合导线,以ZZQN1C3-1.95-0.15 1.80×12.50/3为例,阐述了研发过程中,单面自粘缩醛漆包半硬漆包扁线的单面自粘涂覆工艺参数、高屈服强度的加工方法、试验方法及试验结果,总结出纸绝缘单面自粘缩醛漆包半硬导线的单面自粘涂覆工艺及装置、高强度低电阻率的加工工艺、工装设备的改进、过程质量控制点等,为后续产品质量的提升提供参考依据。The technological parameters,test methods and results of the development and trial-produce of the paper covered semi-rigid combined conductor with single-side bonding layer,was described in this paper,which exemplified the type ZZQN_1C3-1.95-0.15 1.80×12.50/3.The process selection,improvement of technological equipment and quality control points of process about the paper covered semi-rigid conductor with single-side bonding layer,were subsequently summed up to give a basis to promote the quality of following product.
