摘　　要：摸清取食不同寄主植物对斜纹夜蛾幼虫生长发育的影响,为斜纹夜蛾的预测预报以及防治提供理论依据。通过单头饲养,扫描显微镜定期观察的方法,研究斜纹夜蛾取食烟草、白菜、黄瓜、西红柿、南瓜后的头壳宽度、体长、发育历期以及蛹重变化。结果表明,取食不同寄主植物对幼虫的头壳宽度、体长、幼虫发育历期、蛹历期均有显著差异,其中一、二、三、六龄幼虫头壳宽度差异显著,体长的分布则在2-5龄有显著差异,同时取食南瓜、黄瓜、西红柿的幼虫发育历期较长,而取食白菜、烟草幼虫发育历期较短。To provide a theoretical basis for the forecasting and prevention of Spodoptera litura,it is important to find out the effects of host plants on growth and development of S. litura. Through the single-end feeding,by scanning microscope observation regularly,the skull width,body length,life duration and pupal weight of S. litura feeding on tobacco,cabbage,cucumber,tomatoe and pumpkin were studied. The results showed that the skull width,body length,life duration and pupal weight of S. litura feeding on different host plants were significantly different. There were significant differences in skull width among 1,2,3 and 6 instars; body length was significantly different among 2,3,4 and 5 instars; the life duration of S. litura feeding on pumpkin,cucumber,tomatoe was longer,while that on cabbage and tobacco was shorter.
