基于农业科技服务供需分析的广东农民专业合作社科技服务能力发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,广东省农民专业合作社发展迅速,数量大幅增加,类型呈现多元化的趋势,以农民专业合作社为核心的科技服务体系也成为多元化农业科技服务的重要供给方,并且在农业科技的技术创新、成果转化、示范传播等方面起着越来越重要的作用。但通过对全省随机挑选的16家农民专业合作社的问卷调查分析,结果发现仍存在一些较为普通的供需失衡问题,亟需政府部门、涉农企业以及社会力量的共同扶持,从组织、运行、保障等方面提出相应的对策建议,以期适当提高广东农民专业合作社的科技服务能力。Recently,the farmers′professional cooperatives have entered a rapid development stage in Guangdong province. Number increases and type varies. The agricultural technology service system has become the important suppliers of diversification agricultural technology service system,and it plays more and more significant roles in technological innovation,achievement transformation,demonstration and spread of agricultural technologies. However,by analyzing the questionnaire survey of 16 cooperatives selected in Guangdong province randomly,we found some common problems in the balance between supply and demand of agricultural technology service. It must be solved by the joint efforts from government sector,agriculture-related enterprises and social groups. In this paper,we put forward several corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from organization,operation and guarantee,to improve the agricultural science and technology service ability properly of Guangdong farmers′professional cooperatives.
