摘 要:采用不同质量分数的海水胁迫模拟盐胁迫,以多项指标盐害系数隶属函数值和总隶属函数值为依据,比较5个冬瓜材料幼芽期和幼苗期的耐盐性,并进行聚类分析。结果表明:质量分数为1.9‰的海水是进行冬瓜幼芽期耐盐性鉴定的适宜盐质量分数;质量分数为4.7‰的海水是进行冬瓜幼苗期耐盐性鉴定的适宜盐质量分数;冬瓜的耐盐性在幼芽期和幼苗期表现不同;发芽率的盐害系数可以作为冬瓜幼芽期的鉴定指标;根长的盐害系数可以作为冬瓜幼苗期的耐盐鉴定指标。We compared salt tolerance of 5 Benincasa hispida varieties at germinating stage and seedling stages under different mass fraction of seawater stress.A cluster analysis was done on salt tolerancebased on subjection values of salt toxicity coefficient of multi-indices and the sum subjection values.We observed that the appropriate mass fraction of seawater for the evalution of salt tolerance was1.9‰seawater mass fraction at germinating stage and 4.7‰seawater mass fraction at seedling stage.The results indicate that salt tolerance at the two growth stages was different.Germination rate could be served as indicators to evaluate the salt tolerance of the cultivars at germinating stage.Root length could be served as indicators to evaluate the salt tolerance of the cultivars at seedling stage.
