摘 要:为解决西藏某铅锌矿石精矿互含高的问题,在不改变现有工艺流程基础上,采用浮铅的高效选择性捕收剂M6和捕收起泡剂A5,实现了铅锌浮选的高效分离与富集。闭路试验获得的技术指标为:与现场药剂相比较,在铅精矿铅品位和铅回收率相当的情况下,铅精矿含锌降低2.56%;锌精矿锌品位51.52%,锌回收率提高6.25%,技术指标良好。The lead and the zinc concentrates of a lead-zinc ore processing plant of Tibet are high in content of reciprocal element. In order to solve this problem, small scale tests was carried out with the high-efficient collector M6 and the collecting frother A5 for lead flotation without changing the processing flowsheet. By this method, under comparable lead grade and recovery of the lead concentrate, the zinc content in the lead concentrate was reduced by 2.56% , the zinc grade of the zinc concentrate reached 51.52% with an improvement of the zinc recovery by 6.25%.
