摘 要:该矿石含泥量较高,黄铜矿与黄铁矿致密共生,原矿铜品位为0.99%,硫品位为18.32%。试验采用原矿洗矿—铜硫混合浮选—混合精矿再磨分离的原则流程。磨矿至-0.074 mm粒级含量占56%进行铜硫混选,混合精矿再磨矿至-0.074 mm粒级含量占90%进行铜硫分离。通过考察药剂制度对浮选的影响采用硫化钠400 g/t,丁基黄药∶丁基铵黑药(4∶1)80 g/t,松醇油35 g/t,石灰为1500 g/t,获得品位为15.95%、回收率为88.23%的铜精矿和品位为32.13%、回收率为69.84%的硫精矿。对同类别含泥高硫混合铜矿选矿具有一定指导意义。The slime content of the ore is high and chalcopyrite is closely associated with pyrite. The raw ore grades 0.99% Cu and 18.32% S. The flow sheet of raw ore-washing, stage-grinding, stage-concentration, copper- sulfur bulk flotation were adopted in the test. For a copper-sulfur bulk flotation the ore was ground to a fineness of 56% passing 0. 074 mm, the obtained concentrate was reground to a fineness of 90% passing 0. 074 mm for cop- per-sulfur separation. The study examined the effect of reagent regimes by flotation using sodium sulfide 400 g/t, butyl xanthate : ammonium butyl (4:1 ) 80 g/t, pine camphor oil 35 g/t, lime 1500 g/t. The copper concentrate obtained has a copper grade of 15.95% with a copper recovery of 88.23% , and the sulfur concentrate obtained has a sulfur grade of 32.13% with a sulfur recovery of 69.84%. The study has some guiding significance to beneficia- tion of mixed copper ores with similar slime-bearing and sulfur-rich characteristics.
