摘  要:为提高广东某钨矿伴生钼铜硫化矿的浮选分离指标,对钼铜混合精矿进行了合理的药剂制度及选矿工艺研究。分离前进行强化脱药,以JBS作为辉钼矿的捕收剂,采用DSY对黄铜矿进行选择性抑制,可显著改善钼铜分离效果,获得较好的试验指标,钼精矿钼品位和回收率分别为49.25%和91.50%;铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别为21.45%和99.96%。In order to improve the flotation separation indexes of the molybdenum-copper sulfide ore associated with tungsten in Guangdong, reasonable reagent system and beneficiation processes were studied. Strengthening re- agent removal before the separation of bulk concentrate, using JBS as the collector of molybdenum, and adopting DSY as the selective depressant for chaleopyrite, the separation of Mo-Cu can be significantly improved and better test indexes achieved: A molybdenum concentrate assaying 49.25% Mo at the recovery of 91.50% and a copper concentrate containing 21.45% Cu with the recovery of 99.96% were obtained.
