摘 要:通过对铜锌混合硫化矿加压浸出过程影响因素的研究,得到最优工艺条件为:压力1.2 MPa,浸出时间3 h,磨矿时间20 min,初始酸浓度150 g/L,液固比6:1,温度150℃,搅拌速度600 r/min,木质素磺酸钠加入量0.5%。在此工艺条件下,锌浸出率为99.45%,铜浸出率为94.23%,铁浸出率63.57%,渣率为45.53%,硫转化率为68.33%,金银富集于渣中。有价金属得到了较好的富集和回收。Base on the influence factors study of pressure leaching for a copper-zinc sulphide concentrate, the optimal conditions were established as follows: pressure 1.2 MPa, leaching time 3 h, grinding time 20 min, initial sulfuric acid concentration 150 g/L, ratio of liquid to solid 6: 1, leaching temperature 150 ℃ , agitation speed 600 r/min, sodium lignosulfonate 0.5%. In the optimal conditions, the leaching rates of zinc, copper and iron were 99.45% , 94.23% and 63.57% respectively, the slag rate was 45.53% , the sulfur conversion rate was 68.33% , gold and silver were enriched in slag. The enrichment and recovery of valuable metals were thus achieved.
