摘　　要：智能制造是传统纺织服装制造业转型升级必经之路,企业将智能化设备与信息技术、工艺模板技术等的集成,能够改变传统纺织服装制造业的生产模式,提高生产效率,减低生产成本。工艺模板技术的开发充分利用IE手法,通过优化智能生产线上的工序、设定智能生产线的节拍、加强工序作业标准化管理等一系列的作业研究,最终开发出科学合理的智能化服装工艺模板,应用于企业制造生产中,以此助推了纺织服装企业转型升级的步伐。同时,为企业解决诸多生产管理方面的难题。Intelligent manufacturing is a necessary way for the transformation and upgrading of traditional textile and garment manufacturing industry. Integrating intelligent equipment and information technology, process template technology, the enterprise can change the mode of production of the traditional textile and garment manufacturing, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs. The development of the process template technology makes use of IE technique, by optimizing the process of intelligent production line, setting the beat of the line of intelligent production, strengthening the standardization management of the process operation, finally developing scientific and rational intelligent clothing process template and use it in the enterprise manufacturing. These help the textile and garment enterprises transformation and upgrading. At the same time, it helps the enterprises to solve the problems of production management.
