摘　　要：种植业是关系国计民生的特殊行业,粮食安全始终是关系国民经济发展、社会稳定和国家自立的全局性重大战略问题。近年来,黑龙江省种植机械市场呈现出明显的全球性竞争态势,在严峻的市场形势下,只有明确知识产权现状,并针对实际情况制定合理的专利战略措施,才能促进核心技术和自主知识产权的产生,提升黑龙江省农机企业竞争力和市场占有率,促进黑龙江省农业机械工业的快速、健康和可持续发展。Farming is a speeial industry in the national economy and people＇s livelihood, and food security is always the major strategic issue which impacts national economic development, social stability and national independ- ence. Heilongjiang provincial planting machinery market presents obvious global competition, however, determiningstatus quo of intellectual property at present and setting up reasonable patent strategy measures will promote the generation of the core technology and independent intellectual property rights, lift Heilongjiang provincial planting machinery enterprise competitiveness and market share so as to promote agricultural machinery industrial development of Heilongjiang province rapidly, healthily and sustainably.
