高校理工类院系科研产出文献计量分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]院系科研水平评估一直是高校管理层十分重视的问题。[方法/过程]以上海某高校某理工院系为样本,基于Web of Science、JCR、ESI等的数据,运用文献计量分析法对2010—2014年该学院的论文产出、影响力、国内外合作、作者绩效进行分析,并将样本与2所目标高校相关院系进行对比。[结果/结论]运用文献计量法评估高校理工类二级院系科研产出是可行方法,但仍需要进一步探索完善。[Purpose/significance] Evaluation of scientific research level of colleges and departments is an issue attracting much attention of university administrators. [Method/process] The paper takes a secondary college of a university in Shanghai for example,bases on data from Web of Science, JCR and ESI, uses bibliometrics to analyze articles＇ production, influence, cooperation at home and abroad, authors＇ performance of this college in 2010—2014, and compares it with 2 targeted universities＇ relative colleges. [Result/conclusion] Bibliometrics is a feasible method to evaluate research achievements of science and engineering college and department of university, but needs more exploration and perfection.
