摘　　要：通过对国外高校图书馆组织结构变革研究文献的梳理与分析,发现:国外高校图书馆组织结构变革研究主要集中在图书馆组织结构变革历程的调查、图书馆组织结构变革的影响因素、图书馆组织结构变革管理机制、图书馆组织结构变革模式及未来趋势等方面。对我国图书馆组织结构研究的启示:关注图书馆组织结构变革影响因素实证性研究、定性与定量相结合构建图书馆组织结构变革模型。This article reviews and analyzes the study on organizational reform of foreign academic libraries to provide references for future related research. The review shows that most of the study is concentrated on the investigation of history, influential factors, management mechanism, reform pattern and future tendency of academic libraries reform. This provides enlightenments for domestic study that we should pay attention to the empirical study of influential factors of academic libraries reform and construct reform models both qualitatively and quantitatively.
